Yeah, everybody may have heard of "Someone Like You" off of the debut, but this album is just as good, and in some respects better. This was a band that was grouped in with all the other hair bands, you know, you think, all looks, attitude, and no talent. Bang Tango was a pioneer of sorts in that they had this killer rhythm section, funk, melody, Sam Kinnison meets Jim Morrison on steroids vocals, and smokin' lead guitars with modern and vintage tones. Maybe people would have noticed how intense this band was musically if they would have been from Seattle or Frisco instead of LA. This is their second release, and is a progressive album in comparison to their first release, which feels like one of their shows and captures the pure energy of this band. Dancing on Coals, is more mature in content and production, has plenty of melody and that cool groove that they were one of the first rock bands to expand upon and those great guitars all over it. I think my favorite track is "I'm in Love". If you are a fan of the first release, this is a must have, if you haven't heard of Bang Tango, and like energetic rock, ala GnR, LA Guns, buy this and it may become one of your favorites.Read full review

This CD is pretty good. The title track "Dancin' On Coals" is by far the best part of the CD, although there are a couple of catchy songs on here that would be worth a listen.
Love it!! I haven't heard these songs in yeeeeeeeeeeears. So glad I found the CD for such a great price.
