Organizational behavior is a multi-disciplined subject that includes a variety of management issues. I did this class in my undergraduate business course before, and didn't think that I would gain much from this class again in my graduate course. While I revisited the concepts again in this textbook, I found that the authors were able to provide research insights and examples of leadership in a concise manner. I also appreciated the updates on the current issues, especially the high-performance organizations, which was not a popular subject a decade ago! It's also very readable with good layout.
What I liked about this book is the Table of Contents, which was broken into five parts with easy-to-read specific chapters for each part. Additionally, I like the website resources and the Organizational Behavior Skills Workbook. There were no dislikes for this product. I decided to purchase book after studying an on-line management class that required this textbook. In the course of reading assignments on-line I knew the textbook would be a valuable resource for my personal/professional library. The book will be a resource of excellence for future reference as I apply the principles, regularly and consistently, realizing the goals and objectives required to build a successful management team and work/market environment.
Nothing was different from the american version except the logo on the cover. Book was excellent and it was half the price. I would highly recommend. Oh and it was all color.
What I liked about the book is that it has the concept clear and understandable. I learned a lot from this book, and I decided to buy this book because I needed it for the last class.
The book was required for an undergraduate management course. I had to buy it. The class was horrible, but the book was very good!
