The Best is THE Best!
I bought this book because I needed a way to make great from scratch meals in a hurry since I went back to work. It certainly delivers the goodies! In Europe pressure cooking is a norm. Fast cooking, fresh ingredients and it conserves energy. Pot roast from frig to table in 45 minutes! I would give this book to any of my friends if they were into pressure cooking. Pressure cookers aren't just for canning anymore!
