  • history from another perspective

This masterpiece for any reader who wants to leave this troubled world behind and lose themselves in a book. There were always troubles and the ones we read about in this book prove that the "end of the world" happens throughout history. Written with the intro by Vine Deloria jr. this is what drew me to buy it. The book is written in old fashioned type text. Crafted to be a slow read and take us back in time to paint a picture of a lost generation of people who possessed courage and fortitude against impossible odds. A magical heartbreaking beautiful old book.

  • Enjoyable Read.

It's fiction based on fact and hearsay. Still enjoyable.
