I purchased two tires from them Aug 5 20...
I purchased two tires from them Aug 5 2025, They arrived relatively quickly and looked to be in great shape. I was very excited at the condition for the price point I purchased them at. Unfortunately this is where the excitement ends. I had the tires installed on the vehicle on Aug 15 2025. I left the following day on Aug 16th and was out of town for a few days, when I returned home and got into my vehicle for the first time since parking it with the new tires installed I was Immediately greeted with a low tire pressure light. I then checked all tire pressures and inflated each tire to the correct pressure. Two days later the light comes back on showing that one of the two tires I purchased was low again. I then re inflated the tire and started checking psi throughout the day, tire had a very slow leak about 5psi per day. After confirming that the tire was leaking and it wasn t coming from the valve stem, I reached back out to united tires they told me that I needed to gather a few photos and receipt from the garage that installed the tires. Since I didn t have the vehicle with me at the time I had to wait another day before I could get the photos together and send back to them. Then they questioned why I didn t have a receipt from the installation, I explained that I knew the garage very well and they mounted and balanced them for free for me. Then a short while later I received a message explaining that I was now past my 7 day return window and there is nothing can do for me. Although they advertise all over their listing that you have a 1 year return window you actually only have 7 days from the day the tire is installed (note the fine print). It seems extremely predatory to also request information from the customer about the return that may take days to acquire (photos,workorder,ext) knowing that they only have a 7 day window to work with. I without a doubt am sure this tire leaked before I received it, I m not sure what their testing looks like but maybe a very slow leak like this one doesn t get noticed. The fact the tires were not on my vehicle for longer than a few days without it being drove and they will not do anything to correct this issue is very disappointing. I strongly advice anyone who is looking to buy from them to reconsider that you may receive a defective product and they will do nothing to correct it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
