Great Light. Small package.
The Coast 400 is a great light. It is easy to handle, drop proof (tested) and easy on batteries. It also does not have that annoying flash mode that most lights have that need to be toggled through yo make the darn thing go off. One click gets you high setting, next gets you off, a third push gets you low setting and the fourth turns off the light. You are never more than one click away from the light being turned on or off. Great system. Oh, and it can be focused. I own two.

Feels Sturdy
It's bright but I haven't tested it at work witch that will determine if it's waterproof.i will update in about a week. Water gets past the seal and gets in the threads.lights starts flickering. Okay flashlight not really meant to be around water.
