Joker the Ripper
This is a "What If" creation of Mezco Toys based on Batman, Gotham by Gaslight. The story imagines a Steampunk style Batman chasing Jack the Ripper. The Joker was not part of the original story, but Mezco imagined the Joker as a cringeworthy Jack the Ripper, complete with leather butcher's apron.
