I love this phone. I upgraded from a Samsung S8 to this phone and it is blazing fast compared to my old samsung. Lots of nice features. I especially like the fingerprint unlock on the front of the phone which is really responsive. I haven't found too much I don't like about this phone other than the night photos seem a little dark, but I may just not have the settings properly adjusted. This is the second OnePlus phone I have replaced Samsungs with and I am not sorry about my choice. For the price point and the value you get, it is a no brainer. Just don't expect it to compare to the top of the line flagship phones, but it will get you close with money left in your pocket.

Everything about this phone is very well rounded and balanced for the price. The only thing your missing out on is the super fast charging (because no charger comes wiith the phone) although those who charge overnight won't really notice, and it has pretty enough juice to get you through the day with about 6 hrs of screen on time (after a year of battery usuage) with light and heavy usage throughout the. The cameras are better than anything for the price and ultrawide is a extra treat with its high quality and low distortion as well consistent color balance. The selfie camera is the only slight weak point being more of mid range quality but well above average for this price point. The display is decently sharp and very fluid and snappy with 120 hz refresh rate. Overall phone performance is really fast at everything with no lag in opening and executeing any tasks you throw at it. Gets a little hot sometimes though during gaming. Overall form factor is bigger than average and isn't really a one handed phone, but isn't too big its becomes a hindrance. The software feels clean and bloatware free, and retains stock android feel while adding some meaningful features. Haptics and biometrics are good too, with subtle feeling vibrations(Has classic oneplus alert slider too) and a fingerprint scanner/face unlock that quick to use and setup. Retains relative new feeling in excellent condition even if it was bought used. Over all great phone for the price with some flagship bells and whistles too.Read full review

The OnePlus 9 is a really nice phone. It's smaller and more manageable than my Samsung S21 Ultra and it is very quick without a lot of bloatware. I must admit that the camera setup isn't as nice as the Samsung, but then again if I were to have the 9 Pro, it probably would be. The camera is still very nice. Another thing is that I must say is that there isn't any switch to turn on Wifi Calling or VoLTE on my Verizon network. I've tried a few sites for advice, but none have worked although my VoLTE icon is constantly on. On the good side, I haven't had any issues connecting or getting phone connectivity anywhere and all functionality other than described works very well.
