Good kitchen tool addition
Over all I think this is a great addition to my kitchen. It will save me a lot of money as it gives me a tool to slice my own roast, cheese or any other bulk item. It is simple to use, powerful enough for home use. My only concern is that some small crevices are present in the food path, these are somewhat difficult to clean. Care should be taken to be sure these areas are actually free of any particles. That being a known situation I still recommend this for any kitchen.
