Great extendable trimmer.
It works great on smaller branches. I would prefer if it would cut a little bit bigger stinks. I used it for about a half hour and battery still says it has a full charge. I Can reach up about 10 feet. I think I will be using this a lot.

Back breaker
The tool balance is all wrong. You end up with a sore back when using it. It needs to have a handle at its balance point with a strap attached that you can wrap over your shoulder. Many weed trimmers have this feature.

Heavy, cumbersome. Does the job for long reach but not up close.
Does the job as intended but a bit top heavy. Saves having to climb ladder then bend over bush to be trimmed. Trigger handle is almost too far from cutting head. Long arms are a plus. Not recommended for close up work below waist as it's too cumbersome.

Works very well
This is a great product and is well made. It runs a long time on a charge. It's is flexible so you can work on a tree or down low. I use mine for cutting areas of pricker bushes so this tool flexes down low so I can stand up while using it and it cuts fast right down to the ground and is not loud. I am very happy with this purchase.

Well build and good value
Great Trimmer. However, it is quite heavy. They should come up with a handler between the power trigger and the trimmer. Right now there is none. It is quite heavy when you extend the pole and have held the pole with another hand instead of the handler.

THIS IS THE BEST BALANCED HEDGE TRIMMER THAT I HAVE FOUND
I own 3 other pole type hedge clippers and this is the best one when it comes to being able to hold it upright for a long period of time. The other are top heavy or not balanced right for the average homeowner to use.
