Errors in tech
The device stop working time to time I have also found that one of my earbuds won't charge in the case and would die immediately when I try to connect to them and it not a device not compatible with a phone issue since I own their Red magic 8+ pro I have cleaned the earbuds and case but still it doesn't charge including the charging issue I'm facing the earbuds sometimes won't go into it separate modes and would open my Spotify a play loud music while I'm trying to focus on a game I would heavily not recommend this product to anyone who looking for a gaming earbuds
