I have been using Systane Hydration-PF single-use eye drops for several years for dry eyes. I have tried other formulations of Systane & other brands for dry eyes but this by far has suited me the best. It alleviates gritty & itchy feeling well. I use it as needed, 2 drops per eye. Although, a single-use, I get 3 doses out of it by using good hygiene. I recap it by pushing the twisted-off top back on to the vial. Alas, after cataract surgery, one inevitably develops dry eye disease which can be very uncomfortable and cause blurred vision. One ophthalmologist recommended another brand of eye drops. However, I developed an allergic response to the preservative in them. First of all, these drops are extremely expensive in actual stores, so it is a tremendous boon to find them available on Ebay. The drops come in small, easy to open vials and since they are preservative free must be used within 24 hours. After using these eye drops regularly, I am extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend using these eyedrops even if you do not suffer from dry eye disease.
