Wonderful instructional book for punch needle work. Amy Oxford is a natural teacher as well as an excellent writer. Her directions & explanations are clearly written with a pleasing dose of humor. She does concentrate on rugs. I guess that my only wish were that punch needle projects for small items such as purses, doll-sized rugs, tree skirts, etc. were included. Excellent Punch Needle Rug Hooking Book
This is an excellent book by Amy Oxford. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in Punch Needle(PN). It should be one of the first books you read about PN. It is not your run of the mill boring put you to sleep craft book. It is very entertaining and informative. The book was written in 2003 and PN has come a long way since then with new frames and other tools but the basics have not changed.
