Poor suge handeling.
I trust the Xantrex name, but this model has a problem with running a small refrigerator, that my 2000 watt modified sine wave Xantrex has no problem with. On startup and under load, this unit starts and stops several times before the refrigerator starts up.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great value
For the price, this thing is awesome. Nice, clean sinusoidal output, much easier on the equipment than the modified sine wave inverter it replaced. Ran it at 2000W without any problems whatsoever. Also got the remote ON/Off, that is nice since allows the inverter to be hidden out of sight and still allows for control. Cannot speak for reliability since only had it for several weeks but have been using ProSine inverters from Xantrex for years with good results (did have one failure though). This Pro Watt is about an eighth of the price of Pro Sine inverters for a similar performance so not sure why they are priced so drastically different.
