Overall it seems like a good machine. If used properly, it can be a time saver, a back saver, and produce nicer concrete. I'm not experienced enough with it to make judgement at this point. we origonally didn't have time to put it together, so wetried jus the screed without the motor, and it was aswesome It doesn't seem to like guide boards. The vibration is too much up and down, and not enough side to side, so it jumps on side boards. If used on a large pour where you start with level patches on left and right, then use them as a guide, it works really well. We tried it on a side sloping driveway...that was a bad choice. As prediced, it wouldn't stay alligned with the pour, and eventuall just put it off to the side.
