SynopsisThe title says it all. Break out the crayons, 'cause it gangsta rap coloring time! 48 pages of line drawings of "Gangsta" rappers, done with the thick black line we all remember from the coloring books of our youth. I only gave this coloring book 3 out of 5 stars, because I think the content was lacking options. I recommend it purely from an originality standpoint.
Pros -
Anything written in it is hilarious - the intro/summary/credits.
Cons -
All coloring pages are just a bunch of pictures of rappers.
It is a unique concept and it features quite a few rap artists, but with it only giving pictures of rappers to color in it gets boring really fast. Nobody wants to color a whole book with just skin tones; give us some options. The cover shows a gun to color in, but nothing like that is featured in the book. No guns, no apparel, no scenes, no cars - nothin' but faces.
Overall: Cool idea, but I don't see much effort in its creation - not worth $9 (if it was $2 then sure).
