Great rear derailleur, but not for 10 speed
The item was listed as able to work with 10 speed, 11 speed, and 12 speed system, so I ordered one to upgrade the cyclocross bicycle I built by myself. My frame is 2013 Jamis NOVA Sport and my rear wheel was Bontrager's 10 speed hub. My cassette is microSHIFT 10 speed cassette and my shifter is shimano 105 10 speed (2010 product). In this setting, this rear derailleur cannot sling with the smallest cog right after I fasten the derailleur to the hanger. It actually sits between second and third cogs. All methods had been executed, I just cannot make this derailleur works normal condition under my bicycle setting. I think it is only designed for 11 or 12 speed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good for price
It is a decent derailuer, and good for the cost. The thing is is that does not have a clutch. It has a metal band that clamps around a rubber drums. It also barely clears a 50t cassette. As I note I am a bike mechanic and have seen all levels of the derailuer spectrum.
