Very lightweight, and more comfortable than my previous smartwatches. The screen is big enough that you can still get most of your notifications at a glance, and it is very responsive. Battery life is measured in days so that's nice. The Garmin Connect App is also very easy to navigate and use. Only major concern is that the band is not replaceable. My previous fitbit had the band break on it, but I could swap it out.

I love that it’s lightweight. Love that it's waterproof too. The intensity minutes are really good for tracking your gym minutes that you workout moderately, or vigorously. You get double minutes for vigorous minutes which is motivating. Long batt life! The menu takes some getting used to. The band gave me a mild rash. It doesn’t seem to have good step counting tech. I get credit for floors I never climbed and then don't get credit for the steps I do climb. Better than Fitbit Charge 2. More comfortable, less bulky! Overall a good watch!

It tracks steps if you actually move, so it's pretty accurate there. But I often get "cheated" on flights of stairs - if you're climbing from a much warmer room to a much colder upstairs, it won't register the flight - I guess it's an air pressure/temperature thing. But otherwise, I really like it. Alerts me to phone calls & messages, too. You can actually answer a call or send it to voicemail - learned that the hard way when my boss called, lol!

It keeps good time and, once it's been synced (which was a challenge and very time-consuming), it gives you a lot of options as to your activity(ies). However, my daily steps are my focus. I usually walk 5-6 miles early morning, then play a round of golf, using a golf cart. It accurately measures my steps on my early morning walks, but it credits me for the total distance I cover (including the distance I cover while riding in my golf cart (as if I'm actually walking instead of riding). So, it doesn't give a true reading of actual steps walked over the course of a 24-hour period.
