Works fine, but arrived damaged and missing parts
The unit seems to work fine. The box arrived very damaged. There was very little padding inside the box so I am amazed that the unit was not more damaged. The window seal plate assembly was completely missing so I had to install it with a temporary adapter. I have contacted Best Buy so they can send me the missing parts. We will see if they respond. The unit itself blows out cold air at about 51° which is good considering how warm the room was. If the box had been in good shape and all the parts were included I would have given this a high rating.

Portable air conditioner
The air conditioner is working just fine so far. Not happy with best buy due to missing parts when the add said everything was included. The only answer they had was to send the air conditioner back. Doesn't work properly
