Initially, it looked hard to install, but the instructions were easy to follow and worked the way the instructions indicated. I didn't install all features of this powerful device but in the future I may. Amazing product, I'm glad I bought it.

These devices have great tracking features. I have 20 of them in use with my fleet of vehicles. I am able to shut down the vehicle if I absolutely have to to avoid misuse of my vehicles by drivers. I haven't had any problems with the units except for sometimes, due to the cell service I use, it may not respond to my command right away. but it always comes up after a few minutes. I use these via cell service right now to avoid using too much data on my wireless plan but have watched on the tracking platform a few times how they work. Very handy for a business like mine. I will continue to buy these as needed for my growing fleet of vehicles. Cheap, very effective, easy to install. Only draw back is the translation in the installation guide. I purchased this product for a taxi service in Mexico and tested it with a known carrier in the region (Movistar) and had no problems communicating with the device. I am still testing this device but so far it has been working great. It takes a little bit of training on the buyer side to get used to the text commands. It would be a good idea to rewrite the manual or make youtube tutorials and give more explanation to people with very little technical skills. The wiring looks intimidating but you only need to feed power to the device to have the basic tracking system if you don't need the other features such as the remote shut down of the vehicle, alarm system, etc. I am very satisfied with the product especially with the price and for all the things it does.

Have 5 of those. Works really good. You can use internet browser for trucking or applications on phones which I think needs some work. It doesn't work now on AT&T since they drop 2G network. But other GSM providers work just fine.
