Great Writing
I booked a music series for 10 years. I had a previous release and always liked it (Pieces of Me) so I decided to look for another by Lori. This one is even stronger. Very blunt, raw, passionate, insightful, and honest lyrics. Not over produced. I then ordered Unglamorous on the strength of Bittertown. It has a little too much "Nashville-binder" in the mix trying to hold it together. It started sounded better after multiple listens. I've ordered Massachusetts but have not received it. Great writer, someone I'd love to see live someday.
