A++ seller but product F-. The trimmer cap is made of cheap plastic and the tabs that hold the cap on don't hold. They are too flimsy after using once or twice.

Had to drill holes to start the line. Fits rather snug. I trim 4-6hrs of the week and some jobs take 90 mins to trim out and I had to stop because the spool got stuck in the housing. Quality is good. I filed down a few edges and it worked better. The caps are tight and hard to remove. I took a heat gun to soften the one up just to remove it at first inspection. Not a bad but hard to use in the field with no tools on hand. The heat gun helped though and I still using it. @@ After using the spools for a few weeks I will say these are poor quality. 3 of them have broke. The tabs at the bottom that hold the spool in place have all broke off. Waste of money

Looked like the real replacement part. Half the price. Tab broke first use. When broke lost one of the string guids. Went to Sthil bought OEM part at twice the price but is made durable. New guide cost additional $4. All works well now. Doesn't pay to buy cheap stuff

Very poor quality plastic. Side clips break easily. I ordered 2 to try, 1 arrived with a side clip broken off in the package, the other broke after a couple refills. Better off to pay the premium for OEM Absolutely a waste of time and money. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0

No spring in the center of spool so doesn't bump feed, no drilled holes to hold the sting in place so impossible to sting up. Completely useless items. I threw them away. Stay with name brand.
