  • Great Catalog Reproduction!

This item was almost like the original with many illustrations of old time-y products, clothing and anything you could use in the house as well as musical instruments and appliances. The pages are thin but strong. It will be useful for crafting but it would be great as a reminder of how things used to be.

  • Love these.

Great for people interested in history of retail. The late 19th and 20th centuries version of Amazon. There is nothing new under the sun.

  • A very neat little book

My great-grandparents had one of these and I remember it fondly. Lots of strange quack medicines, alien fashion, and antique firearms to browse through. Apparently predating organization and graphic design, it's often scatterbrained and has extremely long-winded copy compared to any catalog you'd find today. It's interesting to see how far we've come. This version is smaller than I remember it being and there may be a larger version out there. Compressed, it's sometimes difficult to read. It's printed on fairly cheap paper, so it's probably not going to last til 2100. All-around, very fun though.
