This book dwells on the Wudang school sword system. It is not the Yang style straight sword that I anticipated, It is very important to match up you sources with your style. That said, there are some very fine points that can be culled from it to help your development, although I don't consider Olson an expert. I would, however, suggest, for those studying Yang style, to look for material from Fu Zhongwen, Chen Yanlin, or Cheng man Ch'ing!!!
