Seiko is a brand to be trusted.
The face of the watch is very cramped with information. The second hand should tick independently without the small dial spinning. All the hands on the watch should be in neon yellow or radium not red because it gets lost in the black background. The numbering on the watch can be smaller for esthetics; it is so large crying for attention. Seiko SND379R is a good watch never the less.
