This is the final season of WB's animated series Batman Beyond. Unfortunately it was discontinued suddenly and thus doesn't actual wrap up the series (for that Check out the Justice League Unlimited episode: Epilogue). This seasons has some fun episodes including the Call, parts 1 and 2, in which Terry is asked to join the Justice League, and Out of the Past with Batman the Play and an ending that no one saw coming. Not my favorite of the three collections but good none the less. :)
The good part is that it holds every episode of season 3, the bad part is that this dvd does not work as perfectly as it should, it has performance issues with 2 out of the 3 systems I used it on.

The great spin-off of Batman: The Animated Series, it shows the future of Bruce Wayne and the new Batman Terry McGinnis, this is the last season of the series, you can find in Batman Beyond's season 3, three awesome episodes "Out of the past", that shows the return of Ra's Al Ghul in Talia's body, (for more reference see Batman: The Animated Series), "The Call Pt 1 and 2", these episodes show the future Justice League in Batman Beyond time line, and also you can see Superman without his traditional suit blue and red, those are great episodes of season 3, a fact about this season; according with the creators and producers of the show they didn't know the cancelation of the series, so the last episode is normal episode, to resolve this, the creators and producers made a movie direct to video "Batman Beyond Return of the Joker", this movie is the end of the series, like Batman: The Animated Series and Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, also if you are a fan of DC's Animated Universe, if you like DC heroes you must see this season.Read full review

This season is awesome in its own right, good action, characters, and stories. Animated well, but the style and flow of these episodes are different from past episodes and some things established in previous seasons are exactly mentioned while other things are. None to shabby overall though, get it and love it like a sweet muffin of batman asswhoopery
