Condition:
The ear pad cushions are worn (they can be replaced) and the sale does not include the USB transmitter or USB cable. I have tested the headset with my iPhone. I downloaded the "Poly Lens" app from the App Store. It works and sounds good. I'm not sure that the included case was designed for this headset model but they fit. If you see it in the pictures it's included. If you don't see it then it's not included. See pictures for more details.
