Apparently tumeric-cucumin supplements reduce inflammation.
This could be due to a placebo effect, but I shall continue taking my daily dose. I noticed less Sciatic / LBP upon awakening after 3 days. Let of see how intense the pain is in a fortnight. Thank you, Spring Valley.
