Was not a complete referb
The referb unit was great but had to by a memory cover door that was missing and a DVD r w drive. Plus had to spend a few hours loading in all the drivers for everything to get rid of the conflicts and errors. Was not a complete reference like described.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Toughbook laptop
