It didnt arrive in marked box , pretty much just the shipping package so i was kind of doubtful about the cable. After a couple of weeks of use im pleasantly surprised. It pretty much the cable you get with your iPhone but better quality and longer of course. Very good if youre the type of person to use your phone while charging or in bed. I recommend this cable. This thing was ok for a few weeks but lately it hasn’t been working properly if at all. Questionable if it’s original Apple product. I don’t think it is since the cable I bought at the Apple store is still very good and my phone gets charged up pretty fast. I am not sure about these-- I have ordered 4 total cables. First two I ordered were great, even if they aren't original Apple they seem to be very close. Then I ordered a second two. One was good, one was not. The connector as another reviewer described, was a different spec length doesn't fit properly into my Apple issued charger. Upon further inspection of the packaging material, again probably very close to Apple's box-- but when you look really close I suspect the picture looks a bit cheap and probably isn't up to the Apple OEM specs standard. To be fair I didn't have an authentic Apple product to compare directly to. Not sure why 3 of the 4 appear to be ok and the fourth, not so much. Identical looking boxes between all 4. Received the item on March 11, 2020. Today is June 25, 2020. For the past couple of weeks, it has an annoying habit of getting plugged into my phone and then rapidly switching between acknowledging that it's plugged in and not doing so. This happens whether it's plugged into a charging cube in an outlet, my computer, my car, etc. This means that I get a popup every half-second or so (it's that frequent), if it's charging on my computer or through my car, asking if I want my computer or car to have access to the phone, etc. before it immediately loses the connection. I have another, authentic Apple cable at home that came with the iPhone, with which I have never had this issue. Very irritating and, if I'm relying on the cable connection to both interact with the phone as well as charge it, or simply need to be able to use the phone while it's charging on my computer or car, it renders it pretty much unusable. Ordered this didn’t realize it was shipping from China. It’s a fake of course. How can I tell? When you plug it in, it doesn’t sit flush with the charger. The real Apple cords do. If you want a fake product, go ahead and buy from these people. If you want a genuine Apple product go somewhere else. These people are liars.
