I have been using these 8/0 Gamatsku circle for close to 7 years. They work great. They hold their point time after time of being stuck in a catfish's mouth. They hold a big bait and still allow the hook point to be exposed. I have seen these used with 7 inch bait that have caught a 90# bluecat in the Mississippi River. I strongly recommend these hooks for drift fishing and fishing in current. I wish they would make a 9/0 and 10/0 offset circle with the same wire size.

I've used these hooks for Rock fishing for a few years now. They are extremely sharp and durable. I have yet to have one bend or break while fishing. The only problem I've had is the eye is small and makes it difficult to use heavy line such as 60lb mono. Other than that I am a dedicated user.
