I was REALLY looking forward to getting and trying this supplement for all of its purported health effects but my experience is not positive. I've been taking this since i got it, per the label instructions & I actually feel worse & my blood pressure which had been well managed has been spiking up. I am afraid that this may be a bad batch because when I was researching this, the resources emphasized that the moringa should be BRIGHT GREEN. That is actually why I purchased this brand, because the picture on the site shows the capsule as being the bright green I was looking for - HOWEVER, the capsules I got (both bottles) are not at all this bright green. At best they are a khaki green and I wonder if it is either tainted or diluted w/something else or has been over processed.

I have a stomach ulcer that randomly pops up, high blood pressure, and am pre-diabetic. I had heard lots of good things about Moringa. And started this to see if all I had heard was true. I started with taking 3 capsules every morn, and 3 every night. Now I only take 2-3 in the morn, since it has already built up in my body. And I may drop it to just 1 per morning shortly. When I ran out of bp pills, I never got my prescription refilled. (Not suggesting this for everyone, but worked for me) Moringa has kept my bp down. I had one night since taking Moringa where my ulcer started to give me problems. I took 3 capsules at the first sign of stomach pain, with half a banana (also good for ulcers), went to bed and the ulcer pain never came on. Furthermore, I’ve not had any ulcer problems since. Also, over this Christmas holiday where I ate way too much sugar, my blood sugar levels have been normal. It has kept my blood sugar regulated at normal levels since. (Again, this is MY experience, may not work for everyone) I’ve heard it can help with anxiety and depression, but I’ve noticed no help in those areas. Magnesium helps me a lot in that area, not Moringa. And it hasn’t helped me lose weight, or curb appetite like I’ve heard mentioned. But I wasn’t expecting that kind of help. I am buying a bottle now for my parents who have kidney, liver, and bp issues. I want them to try it now. I’m sold on this product.
