Sturdy and heavy, 175 pounds with the box. It shipped fast with one dent but the heavy styrofoam packaging protected it. It did takes 2 to 3 hours to put together. It may take two people for some of you. It is big ,heavy and multileveled. It is made with heavy particleboard and a very nice vinyl top. The redwood is my favorite. The steel frame is heavy and sturdy. It was worth the money for me.
