Get what you need out of it
The VISM Discreet Carbine Case is a low cost option for those looking for a soft case that is able to do it all. You decide what it is used for, and set it up for it. With the PALS webbing and Hook & Loop throughout, this case offers quite a bit of versatility and usability. "Range bag", it can do it. "Go Bag", it can do it. "Truck Gun Case", it has you covered. Zippers seem quite robust, and look to be able to last quite a while. I am not sold on the "Lock" loops on the zippers, as I dont see them holding up to any kind of abuse by someone looking to bypass it. The Cordura isnt super thick, but thick enough to get the job done. The 2 pockets in the top flap are a nice touch. These pockets allow you to store smaller items that you may not want loose in the case. I like the design, I am satisfied with the execution. It is designed for use with an AR/M4 that has been broken down into 2 pices (Upper and Lower), therefore it is just the right size for an AR equipped with a 16 inch barrel. Great case. Well worth the money
Excellent care. Appears well made and durable. This case is designed for a rifle, or subgun,that is compact. Do not think it would encase an M4 type carbine even with collapable stock. Excellent choice for Ruger PC Carbine
Rolled the dice on this one for my new Ruger PC Carbine. It's truly perfect, the size will easily hold it when it's in takedown state. It's actually a bit wider than needed when the PCC is broken down, but the extra room gives you plenty of 'crush room' on the sides if dropped, and extra storage capacity. The Velcro straps hold barrel and receiver/stock assembly very securely, plenty of room even for an optic, with ample padding in the interior. It's got nearly limitless amounts of ways you can set it up for a short rifle or carbine, as you can move the interior walls around to suit your needs. It does not feel cheap, either. The case itself feels sturdy given it's a soft-sided case, and depending on how you arrange the interior there's plenty of room for carrying extra stuff, like ammo, magazines, cleaning kit, or whatever you need for a range trip. I have to say, I was fairly skeptical about dropping nearly fifty bucks on this case but now that I've had it a few weeks and actually packed and carried it around between range days, I am sold.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

AR15 take down case
What I like about this case is that I can take down my AR and put it in this very well made case. Now the case will fit inside my cooler in the back of my ATV. Now it is air tight and water proof and dust proof and well padded. No one even knows I have an ART 15 with me. I had been looking for a case like this for a long time. Fantastic case!
This is the second one I have bought now and I'm just as pleased with this one! I have one for my double barrel SxS 20ga and this one is for my O/U 12ga. Make sure it's 26" barrel or less. They fit tight and the Velcro straps securely hold the barrel and receiver. Plus there is room for 2 boxes of shells! The two pockets work great for a cleaning rag, bore snake and CLP in one and chokes in the other! Great product for a road trip and discrete traveling in your vehicle!!!!! The case is much sturdier than I thought it would be. Even with the rifle and an excessive amount of gear, the case doesn't flex when using the carry handle or the shoulder strap. Even empty it'll keep its shape, no floppy case here. Thick sides and dividers. Holds a ton and the price was right.
