Rare album from Australian group.
The “Ice on the Dune” is the rare album from Australian group Empire of the Sun. It was released in 2013 with the small number of vinyls and today its price grew up dramatically. There were no new represses and reprints of this album since that time. So, CD with this album is good alternative to have it at home.The music genre is synth pop, iti is easy to listen, with bright fresh melodies and nice vocals.Recommend it to have in your music collection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Unique sound - can't stop playing!
Saw the band on TV on Later with Jools Holland and realised I had heard them before, having recognised the track 'We are the people." I took a gamble and bought their first two album CDs and I must say they are both great, very catchy pop-electro-rock songs. Its quite a unique sound with some of the tracks quite clubby - not my usual sort of music - but I love their sound and have been playing them non-stop in the car with the volume pumped up high.
