The item looks flawless. No scratches and the borders are amazing. The only thing that was a bummer was the battery health. For an item marked as 'excellent' i expected more than 85% but received 83% instead. It is understandable though, since the specs say more than 80% is guaranteed but still.

The phone is in excellent condition in terms of the way it looks. The only noticeable scratch is a small scratch on the camera. However, the screen and the front camera underperform. The screen is not very bright, even at full brightness. The front camera does not produce quality images. The screen of my iPhone XR is brighter and the front camera on my iPhone XR is better, so I have reason to believe that the front part of the phone may have been altered/replaced.
