Absolutely terrible
I bought this last year and we were under the belief it was just in an opened box as listed but it was used. I found out by looking at the program downloads that were installed a couple years before (not the original programs) . I had suspicions Looking at the plastic, but I assumed it was just because they’d opened it and put it back. The amount of issues is ridiculous. On top of the issues I The computer has been running slow af since we got it the touch screen glitches and stops me from clicking and using my mouse. To be honest it almost seems like it’s hacked and being controlled from another computer somewhere or something but there’s no virus. Im livid. Tempted to sue since I know y’all wont allow a return and probably will soon.. If you would allow a return or if you have another that’s actually in good shape and is processing at a normal speed, message me. I would appreciate it because this is false advertising at its finest.
