So far so good.
So far it seems to be good- I seem to be feeling better and having less problems with some of the symptoms of having low iodine levels- like cold feet, and being really tired. Going to keep using and see. It does seem like I don't feel as well when I miss it for too many days... I had tried buying and liquid iodine product from a local health food store but it was clear and not dark like this product also it was sweet and tasted pretty good but it didn't do anything. This product doesn't taste good, but is tolerable considering the results I seem to be having. It tastes like normal iodine smells...

DO 24 HOUR SKIN TEST TO ENSURE YOU HAVE ZERO ALLERGY TO LUGOLS IODINE!
DO A SKIN TEST FIRST TO ENSURE NO ALLERGIC REACTION. I did this before any family member used this product. Per another book Lugols kills food poisoning bugs in the digestive track BUT IF ALLERGIC TO LUGOL A PERSON COULD DIE FROM TAKING IT. All members in our home, including children were tested by placing a couple of drops of Lugol's on their wrist and then we waited 24 hours and just in case I did the test again. Then to be safe if they needed lugols I first gave them a couple of drops in water. And waited 24 hours. From then on, we used this product to kill food poisoning as directed in a book titled The Cure for All Diseases. SIX DROPS 3 TIMES A DAY FOR THEE DAYS GETS RID OF STOMACH FLU. Do I believe this book is a cure all for everything? NO! Absolutely not. But I did find having Lugol's iodine a life saver for intestinal bugs that cause vomiting and things like that. The stuff works great. But look up iodine and why you have to test for allergy to it because it can be deadly if a person is allergic that is why I did the skin test twice before administering to any family member. THIS IS NOT A PRESCRIPTION. I AM NOT A DOCTOR OR MEDICALLY TRAINED. A book I read recommended this use,THE CURE FOR ALL DISEASES BY HULDA CLARK and we have successfully used this for stomach flu, or upsets for decades and it kills stomach bugs almost on contact. Replaces My Medication!!
Diagnosed with Graves Disease Hyperthyroidism. After being on medication, I discovered this..gradually got up to 12 drops per day in a Tablespoon of water. This stuff is miracle. I have used a lot of supplements, herbal medicinals, vitamins and minerals, and this is the most powerful, most universal and "best bang for a buck" supplement I came across. I can immediatelly feel the difference when using this stuff. If you use conservative dose of one drop daily, you will get 5 years of iodine supplementation and still get MUCH more iodine, than 99% people on the planet. I have just started taking one drop of the solution Iodine 2%, every two to three days in apple cider vinegar and water(half a cup mostly) and already I am noticing immense improvement in memory and just over all sharpness of mind as well as other trivial irritations like dry eyes which were making me squint a lot (I am fifty year old by the way) has instantly disappeared making my face look younger and fresher.
