I love the tablet but the screen had two scratches on the lower right hand side. I do not consider this to be excellent but I just thought it more trouble than the effort to exchange it since I couldn't be sure the replacement would be in better condition.

I can not remember the last time I was more impressed with a product. After two weeks I still sit here and look at my Samsung S6 and pinch myself. I would say it is perfect for any media, and very good for work productivity. If you are having an issue with the keyboard screen protector case, I have a suspicion folks are not attaching the board adequately and properly at the rear of the Tablet. (just watch a video folks, I did!). This thing is a pure pleasure to view and look at (switched on or off!), 'supreme technology, magnificent art form' (Samsung, you can have that for free!), did I sayI was impressed? (yes, its expensive, true beauty normally is!). DC.
