The time accuracy of this 6R15 movement is flipping me out - i'm seeing a hair over 2 seconds per day - in fact so much so, i just purch'd the 2019 release of this same Sumo (green) - it's thinner (12.4mm), sapphire crystal and 6R35 movement with 70 hours of power reserve. I like the design that much and want to see what kind of accuracy i'd see from the 6R35 Seiko brought their A-game up a notch on this watch's case design - i've got 7" wrists and it sits / balances on it nicely

Genuine JDM watch, great time keeper- 2 seconds slow per day out of the box. Very impressed with the watch overall, love the lume, very comfortable & the 20mm band looks better than all the reviews will have you believe. Extremely well finished, high lustre polish & for a big watch it does not feel heavy. My last Seiko lasted over 20 years, if I get the same out of this watch I will be impressed. 10/10👍👍👍👍👍.

I am referencing the Blumo which I think is the most attractive and consequently the most desirable of the Sumo's. All the reviews online highlight the fit & finish of the watch which is truely superior. The bracelet is better than most give it credit for but all the bits and pieces combined----color, the surface finishes and angles, coupled w/this very good but low beat movement (6R15)----at least it isn't a 4R----combine to equal a watch that is more than comparable to many near luxury or low luxury watches. If you shop wisely---lower 400's---this watch is simply next to impossible to beat! Lots of value here at a bargain price. Those of us who love divers are well aware of the size of the Sumo but for some reason, it fits smaller than it should given its specs. If you have a really small wrist, I would say there are better options but that is another story.Read full review

Its everything the gurus rave about. I got it for around 500 cdn. I'd pay 600 if I had to replace it. Feels like a precision tool watch. Bezel is beautiful to turn. The clasp is stamped but does the job. Oddly I cant find the model number written anywhere on the watch.

This is a great watch with a solid movement. I love the blue dial and bezel, the contrast of the brushed and polish steel on the case is so attractive. I have a 7.25" wrist and I think it fits perfect. I put it on a NATO strap, not a big fan of the bracelet. It's not a bad bracelet but I prefer the weight of the watch on a strap versus the stock bracelet. It keeps time very well when you look at it overall (2 weeks for me so far). There are days where it ran +5.5s and days where it was -10s, depending on how it was setting over night and how long it was worn. Over the 2 week period it is running -1.7s/d.
