Great sound and comfortable so far (1 hour max continous time wearing while exercising). The earbuds are fairly secure, but in order to really seat them in your ear you have to "seal" your ear by pressing the ear bud in. This is similar to plugging your ears with your fingers, where sound is distorted and you can hear your heartbeat or your feet hitting the ground while running. Leaving them slightly loose works for running, but then they tend to come loose if leaning over in the gym, doing plyometrics, etc. The carrying case charger is also very stiff to get open. I have seen other reviews mentioning users were worried the earbuds may fly out while trying to open the case. Sounds crazy, but this is a legitimate concern. Not sure if this is a QC issue with Jabra's manufacturing of the case and only some are too tight a fit, but seems excessive. Good news is it will NEVER open accidentally. All in all these are a good product and happy with the purchase, but I might need to try some of the other rubber ear bud covers provided, to see if any work better without sealing my ear.Read full review

The good: Sound is pretty good, if you like to utilize large enough silicone gel discs that completely fill the ear and isolate outside noise. They are light. The app has good features. I thought the EQ functions were decent. Refurbed price is good. Bluetooth kept connected while running after being a little jumpy the first minute or two leaving the house. The bad: If you use silicone gels that fill the ear canal resulting in the good full sound you may have some ear fatigue as a trade off. I did using medium gels. I found that when running, vibrations from my foot strike carry through my body and are transferred to my ear. I experienced a muffled boom every time My foot would hit the ground when running. To accommodate for this I used the small gels. The result is then less ear fatigue from the buds, the muffled boom is eliminated - but the trade off is the sound sucks. I lost all the bass and everything sounded tin-like and thin. Additionally, with the pass through sound mode on while running in the wind was absolutely horrible. The pass through amplifies the sound coming through and it amplifies wind as well. And worse - you can’t turn the pass through sound feature off with the buds themselves. You must do it through the app. I had to turn around and go home to turn it off using my phone. Last, the controls on the left ear bud are not sensitive enough. My experience is having to push hard enough to adjust volume or skip a track, pushed the ear bud very uncomfortably into my ear. I think they should change design to mount them on the lower protruding “lobe” of the earbud to mitigate the discomfort. Read full review

The sound quality is good, Earbuds are comfortable and come with different sizes of plugs for the ear canal. The microphone works really well. The app allows for many different individual settings. There is only one thing I wish would be more straight forward: pairing it to several devices. You always have to unpair it from one device to be able to pair it to another one. But once you got the hang of that, this becomes a minor issue. All in all, the earbuds are really good. This is supported by the fact that it is among the top picks of both Consumer Reports and Wirecutter reviews.

Audio seems to drift towards the left more than the right, making the hearing experience unbalanced a little bit. Barely any differences in audio quality when using Jabra's equilizer in their app. Not really impressive for the price but the design is very nice to wear as it's very discrete in-ear and the charging case is quite small. Very nice for average consumers, but not so much for people who want great audio quality.

Great battery life. The sound quality is as good or better than any other headphones I’ve had before. They are lightweight & no chance they’ll fall out. Because they go so deep in my ears, it can annoy my ears after a while. So, I wouldn’t wear them for my entire work day. If you go one ear bud, it has to be the right one. They do cut out on calls sometimes while my phone is in my pocket, which is weird. And my only major complaint is the phone call quality. I can hear great, but the mic picks up so much background noise that my wife doesn’t like calling me when I’m using them anywhere with noise. And I mean, it’s not really noisy to me at all where I am. My corded iPhone headphones and my LG Bluetooth (horseshoe look’n things) worked pretty good for phone calls.
