    Good faucet but came with a missing part

    This was a replacement Faucet as our other one was leaking from the head piece. This is where the water comes out of. The Faucet handles were also making squeaking noises after years of use, so we needed to get a new one. The process in getting the Faucet was fast by the Merchant. After installing the Faucet however, we saw that the item was leaking from the base. The base was tightened by hand as instructed. It turns out there was a piece missing from the package. We ended up having to go to Home Depot to find the missing part. I recommend people to buy these types of products new from the Merchant or at least make sure the box is sealed. In this case, it's possible the original item was returned by someone to the merchant and took the piece that was missing.

    Good for the price

    This faucet is not top of the line but it does what it needs to. The handles move smoothly and are very nice. The faucet is a little flimsy. I didn’t pay much-about $45 dollars on sale so it’s well worth it for the price I paid.

    The faucet, as sent, is uninstallible

    Coldwater cartridge 14571 doesn't fit on on cold water side. it does fit on the hot water side and is interchangeable with the existing one on the hot water side of my CA 87553.\ The hot water faucet handle is correct, but not the cartridge. As a handicapped 85 yr. vet I spent over $75.00 for the unsuccessful installation due to the incorrect cartridge..

    Faucet install

    love it. If anything i would say it is easy to mess up the assembly. The neck is separated from the main unit and when putting it together it is easy to possibly cross thread the plastic part that centers the neck in the bottom part of the Faucet.
