This is an amazing product. It is easy to use and clean and incredibly versatile. I pressure cooked a whole chicken to perfection. Rice is so easy and does not need to be babysat. Makes the most consistently great boiled eggs, soft or hard. I find myself looking for excuses to use it. I have tucked away my pressure cooker and crock pot. Still keeping my yogurt maker for now, but have not made yogurt in Instant pos=t yet. I imagine it will come out great.
