Does NOT Work For Repelling Fleas
I bought this to spray on my pants legs when I go to my flea-infested garage to keep the fleas off me so I don't bring them back into my indoor cats. I am trying to resolve the flea issue with natural products (which are helping some), because the feral kittens in the garage are not yet old enough to use the kitty door to go outside, and I cannot use what really works to kill the fleas - the tried-and-true Permethrin - in the garage until I can shut the cats/kittens outside for a few hours. I got so tired of picking fleas off of my pants (MANY fleas) and drowning them every single time I come back indoors from the garage, so I have been using Off Deep Woods. I have been spraying it on my pants legs to repel the fleas, and it has worked very well at repelling the fleas, but the DEET in it is overwhelming in smell. So I decided to try this Skin So Soft repellent, and it was like the fleas on my pants legs were thanking me for keeping their exoskeletons moist for them. I quite literally doused the fleas with it, and they kept happily crawling on my pants. I do not know if this product works for other insects, but it does not work for fleas at all.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
