Seller was the most reasonable on EBay. Unfortunately. the pop up heads have not been out of the pool floor for 15 years. If I were to exert the pressure, necessary to break these loose, this tool would easily break. Had the manufacturer made these with metal, I would have happily paid added cost. Good news, it held up removing and reinstalling 15 pop ups. So I conclude it is a good value.

My caretaker heads have been in the pool for 20 years. This tool managed to get one out before it broke. I think it was too big of a task for this plastic tool. Perhaps if it was bigger in diameter it would fit in the pool pole better and not twist as easily. If you have heads that have been in the pool for many years you are better off to buy the metal ones instead of this one

Cheap plastic Works ok if your pop-ups are free and easy to turn. If they are tight then the tool twists and gets out of shape and not long till it breaks and does not work.

The first caretaker tool I had the clamps that insert into head broke off. This tool should not be made out of plastic,it should be made out of medal or maybe another stronger materal and the price of this plastic is way out of line,

It should be made of a stronger material. If excessive force is used to remove a stuck pop-up, it becomes misshaped. It is structurally inadequate.
