This product is junk. Had it for 3 weeks and the second time I used the piece that fits into the ear fell off. I was not able to find it. This should not happen on a new product. Contacted GSM outdoors and they told me that they will sell replacement parts. Have purchased many products on line but this is the worst customer service I have encountered. Apparently there was something wrong with the product and they should make an effort to correct it. Would not buy this again and would not recommend this product to anyone. OK, but not with glasses
Instructions are adequate. Product works fine....when the units stays in place behind my ears. I wear glasses, which creates a problem with them staying in place.
