Cafe Pasqual's is probably the best restaurant in Santa Fe. The recipes in this book are incredible, easy to prepare and indicative of the restaurant's take on New Mexican cuisine. I loaned my earmarked copy of this book to a friend who hasn't returned it. Not wanting to offend her, I bought another copy because no kitchen library is complete without this book.

The receipes are from the popular restaurant in Santa Fe. They had a long line everytime we went there. We knew why after dining there and the food and the atmosphere were unique and unforgettable. And they served the best Mexican chocolate we ever tasted. We wanted to bring the memory back so we bought this book and it is rewarding everytime we make something from this book. We liked the artwork, too. Highly recommended.

Great cookbook - went to Santa Fe but couldn't get into Pasqual's it was so crowded. When I got home, checked out ebay and purchased cookbook (which is wonderful!) great recipes,nice design -- a keeper!
