Great addition to a Simplisafe system
Disclaimer- if you don’t have an existing Simplisafe system then this won’t be worth it to you. I already had a system and pay for the monitoring and I absolutely love the door lock! It was super easy to install and set up, really only took me about 20 minutes. I love that it uses the existing lock on the deadbolt outside and it looks nice inside as well. I would highly recommend!

Disappointed in product.
I was very excited about installing this. It was my first home automation product. Unfortunately, the product loses connection to the base unit and has required recalibration several times. Moved the base unit closer and still the same issue. Base is now within 15ft of the lock. Pretty disappointed. I guess I know why it wasn't available on the Simplisafe website and I had to purchase from ebay. I'll be placing my 3rd call to Simplisafe for this item. The item did ship quickly and I received it on, or before, the promise date.
