Great performance advantage
I have only run once with these shoe's That first run I was much faster, have never run that fast in a two mile run and looks like I would set my personal best 5 K had I run a 5 K. I was a little out of shape and only 28 degrees outside when I tried them. I run 75 miles a year, and am amazed at the performance increase these shoe's have given me.
