This come with everything you need for an above average but not overdone gaming system. It is suprising light and thin. I was using a Precision M4600 15" system before and this 17" is considerably thinner and lighter that my previous system and that is with charger included. I will say though you will experience some latency in the system until it is fully updated so give it about a day to update and sort itself. Everything works great! System came in immaculate condition. With manuals and warranties included. Just be aware of the cooling. If you wish to maximize the fans create your own thermal profile in the alienware command centre. I will update after about a week or so about its performance.
Laptop is powerful and performs very well. Started up several games and ran on ultra with solid frame rates. The power in such a light laptop is nuts. The drawback is the fan noise. I don't have numbers or testing, but it's much higher pitched compared to my old 2014 r9 m17. I don't know if that's due to fan size, rpm, or both, but it's very noticeable. Also, it runs hot enough that it can get uncomfortable on the lap while gaming. I appreciate the power, but it's counter intuitive to have it less lap useable to make it lighter and more lap useable.
That being said, this was a great deal and I'm happy with the perks. I'll wear headphones more often then not and will adapt. Hard to put this much power in a small package and not have drawbacks. If I wanted less power and more portable, I would have bought a mac.
